FOOD SAFE Studio formulated & prepared food safe glazes are Lead, Barium and Nickle free, oven, dishwasher & microwave safe.  A 4-year degree in ceramics from the University of Minnesota backs up the studio’s glaze science!  Your set will be fired to 2100 degrees Fahrenheit, vitrifying the stoneware clay.  This creates a pot with only a 2% absorption rate, important for cleanliness.  All pots must be put in a cold oven, preheated with the oven.  They can be scrubbed & washed with any regular kitchen scrubby!

NO STRINGS ATTACHED!  OUR GUARANTEE – The beauty of studio produce, reduction-fired stoneware lies in unpredictable visual variances specific to each firing. Changes in glaze texture, color, depth and melt, keep our pots fresh and interesting. Front Avenue Pottery produces only quality stoneware; if the quality of the pottery does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for a full refund. Customer pays freight on all returns.  You can just walk away!  Or, the entire set, or just one single piece, can be re-made.  You’ll be living with the new beauties; we want you happy in every way!  Who wants to live with a pot they don’t like?!!

MONEY DOWN Commissioned dinnerware sets require 25% down at time of ordering.  At the time of shipping, freight charges will be added to your invoice and the remainder will be charged.  Shipping and handling costs vary depending on the weight, size and destination.  A four-place setting set can be $35.00-$50.00 to ship.  We love it when you visit the studio to pick up your set in person!

HOW LONG DOES THIS TAKE?!  On a good day, dinnerware sets take 4-6 weeks.  It’s not unusual for the studio to be backed up with orders, it can take longer than 6 weeks.  Always feel free to call or email to check the status of your creation.
